FAQS

How long does therapy take?

This is different for everyone and cannot be predicted nor guaranteed! I am happy to offer short-term, limited sessions, which can be both a cost-effective and evidenced-based way to improve symptoms and achieve relief. I’m also happy to work with people who want a more open-ended approach with a therapist who can be a trusted confidant for ongoing counseling.

How often do we need to meet?

It depends! I recommend at least starting weekly so that we can establish a good working relationship, but this is not a requirement so long as you’re not in serious distress that would require a higher level of support.

How much does therapy cost?

My full fee is $200 per 60 minute appointment. I do see people on a sliding scale and am happy to speak with you about your individual situation. Please see my No Surprises Act page for more information as well.
